Information is only retained on the user’s local device, and when the user takes the initiative to delete the information, the information will be completely deleted immediately. Therefore, Topitn does not collect any facial data, and we will never collect, store, or access any of your facial information. The app does not require users to register an account or log in with any account to use its core functions, which further ensures that no personal information related to the user, including facial information, is collected or retained outside the user’s own device.

Its core functions include uploading portrait photos, intelligently matching various hats for virtual try-on, generating realistic try-on effects, saving try-on pictures, and sharing try-on effects (initiated by the user). When using the Topitn app, you shall assume the following obligations: Ensure that the portrait photos you upload are your own or have obtained the legitimate authorization of the portrait subject, and shall not upload photos involving infringement of others’ legitimate rights and interests. Do not use the app for any illegal or improper purposes, including but not limited to uploading harmful content or engaging in activities that violate public order and good customs. Properly keep your device and the information stored locally on the device, and be responsible for all operations performed on your device using the app. Topitn does not collect any facial information, so you do not need to worry about the leakage of facial data during use.
All intellectual property rights related to the Topitn app, including but not limited to software copyright, trademark right, patent right, design right, and all content in the app, belong to the developer of Topitn. You shall not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise infringe upon these intellectual property rights without prior permission. The try-on effect pictures generated by you using the app belong to you, but you shall not use such pictures to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the app or the legitimate rights and interests of others. Topitn does not collect any facial information, and the try-on effect pictures you generate are only stored locally on your device, and the developer will not collect or use such pictures, nor will it claim any intellectual property rights over the content related to your personal portrait in the pictures.
The portrait photos you upload and the try-on effect pictures you generate when using the Topitn app are your personal content. The app only uses these contents for local virtual try-on rendering and display, and will not use them for any other purposes. Topitn does not collect any facial information, and will not collect, upload, back up or share your uploaded photos or try-on effect pictures. You have the right to delete your uploaded content at any time; once deleted, the content will be completely removed from your local device and cannot be recovered. You shall be responsible for the legality, authenticity and appropriateness of the content you upload.
Topitn adopts a no-account design to provide you with a more convenient and private user experience. You can use all core functions of the app without registering an account, logging in with a third-party account, or providing any personal information. Topitn does not collect any facial information, and the no-account design further ensures that no personal information related to you, including facial data, is collected or retained. Since there is no account, you do not need to worry about account security issues, and you can directly use the app by opening it, which simplifies the operation process and protects your privacy to the greatest extent.
All data generated when you use the Topitn app, including uploaded portrait photos, generated try-on effect pictures, and operation records, are only retained on your local iOS device. The developer does not retain any of your data on any external server or device. Topitn does not collect any facial information, so there is no situation of retaining or using your facial data. You have full control over all data related to you in the app; you can delete the uploaded photos, try-on effects and other data at any time through the app’s built-in delete function. After deletion, the data will be completely cleared from your device, and no residual traces will be left.
